John Perkins Architect is an architectural office located in Rockland County, New York, providing architectural design services to residential and commercial clients who are looking for beautiful design as well as organized functions to serve their needs. The office offers a full range of architectural services, specializing in design for residential and commercial projects as well as interiors. 

 John Perkins is the principal of the office, he graduated with honors from Pratt Institute in New York City.John currently holds licenses in New York State and New Jersey.  John has received national certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards or N.C.A.R.B. In the past John has worked as part of the reknown Albert Lorenz Studio as an illustrator as well as in architectural offices in Nyack and Rye, New York. Over the past decade he has had a diverse experience in residential and light commercial design. Throughout the past ten years, John has worked on several 'high end' residential projects including design featured in residences in Greenwich Connecticut as well as Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue in New York City. One of the projects that John worked on was recently featured in a book entitled "A Decade of Art & Architecture" published by the Institute of Classical Architecture in celebration of their Ten year anniversary. 

  One of John's attributes is the ability to interpret his client's ideas and translate it into an architectural design that is both beautiful and functional.

   The office produces drawings using Computer Aided Design and Drafting software, enabling the office to work on projects with accuracy. This offers the ability to work in conjunction with other consultants seemlessly. This technology enables us to provide our clients with the professional service they deserve.
