We will work with you through all phases of your new construction to assure you that all details of your design are satisfied. From schematic design through the construction documents your design will be developed to accommodate all of your needs.   

 At the beginning we will meet to establish a schematic design where the design is represented in a very basic manner establishing basic sizes and shapes and relationships so that we may establish a design that can be further developed. Through design development we will establish materials and specific sizes and locations that set the stage for your final design represented in your construction documents. The construction documents are your final drawings. They are submitted to the building department for use in construction. They specifically represent the sizes and materials in your design. During the course of construction we will check on the progress of your project several times or if you desire we are available site meetings on a regular basis as an option.
